Delete your account — 29 Card Game - Baithak

In plain words

Accounts in 29 Card Game - Baithak are optional, and deleting one is self-service in Settings. Deleting one permanently removes the account data, including its Kaudi balance, inventory and friendships. You can keep playing against the computer as a guest afterwards.

Inside the app (the quick way)

Open Settings and tap Manage account.
Tap Delete profile, and confirm Delete permanently.
If asked, sign in again to verify account ownership, then confirm deletion.

A successful deletion is permanent. This needs an internet connection so the account can be removed from our service. You do not need to contact us.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Write to houseofthecardofficial@gmail.com from an address associated with the Google or Apple identity you signed in with, and ask for the account to be deleted. We verify it is really you and delete the account; expect confirmation within a few days, and never longer than 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in link to the account (the Google or Apple identity reference).
Your profile and display name.
Your match and win totals, last five outcomes and recent match identifiers.
Your synced settings, progression and friendships.
Your terms acceptance, player blocks and reports linked to the account.
Your Kaudi balances and ledger, reward claims, cosmetic inventory, ordinary purchase delivery records, online reward and table-entry accounting, and refund status. A subscription’s store transaction and renewal record may remain without your Baithak account link for store reconciliation and a valid restore.

All of it permanently — there is no soft delete and no archive.

What is not affected, and retention

Your app-store transaction history remains with Apple or Google. Permanent Remove Ads and a current Ad-free year can be verified again after you create or use another account and sign in. Deleting your Baithak profile does not cancel Ad-free year; cancel it separately in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings if you do not want it to renew. Consumable Kaudi packs cannot be restored by the store after delivery: deleting the account permanently removes its unused Kaudi balance and inventory. Store refund rights are not affected.
Local guest data, such as settings and an unfinished offline match, can remain on the phone until you clear or delete the app. Signed-in account caches are cleared when the account is deleted.
Server connection logs, including ordinary IP-address metadata, follow our hosting providers’ retention settings and are not immediately removed by account deletion, as described in the privacy policy.
