In plain words
Accounts in 29 Card Game - Baithak are optional, and deleting one is self-service: three taps inside the app remove everything the account holds, permanently. The game keeps working as a guest afterwards — nothing about play is lost except the synced record.
Inside the app (the quick way)
- Open Settings.
- Tap your profile.
- Tap Delete profile, and confirm Delete permanently.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. You do not need to contact us, and there is no waiting period.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
Write to houseofthecardofficial@gmail.com from an address associated with the Google or Apple identity you signed in with, and ask for the account to be deleted. We verify it is really you and delete the account; expect confirmation within a few days, and never longer than 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in link to the account (the Google or Apple identity reference).
- Your profile and display name.
- Your total wins and match history.
- Your synced settings and style unlocks recorded to the account.
- The random handle opponents could look your win record up by.
All of it permanently — there is no soft delete and no archive.
What is not affected, and retention
- Purchases live with your Apple or Google store account as receipts, not with us — they survive deletion and reinstalls, restored via Settings → Restore purchases.
- On-device data (settings, an unfinished offline match, earned Buttons) stays on the phone until you delete the app.
- Server connection logs (IP addresses in ordinary operational logs) expire on their own schedule, no longer than 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
