Do I need an account?
No account is needed for the complete game against the computer. Online tables require sign-in because the entry uses your Kaudi wallet. An account also keeps your progression, inventory, friends and purchases across devices.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete profile removes the account, record, Kaudis, inventory, purchase-delivery records and friendships. You may need to sign in again to confirm. Guest computer play remains available. See houseofthecard.com/twenty-nine/delete-account/ for purchase effects and the email route.
Does it work offline?
Fully. Three computer players are always available without a connection. The online modes need one, of course.
How do I play with friends?
One of you opens a private room and shares its six-character code — or sends the join link straight from the app. The other three tap in. No access to your contacts, ever.
I paid for ad-free, then reinstalled. Where did it go?
Your app-store account retains permanent Remove Ads or a current Ad-free year. Sign in, then open Settings → Restore purchases so the app can verify it again. Manage or cancel an Ad-free year in your store subscription settings. If it doesn’t return, write to us.
The app ruled a hand wrongly. Can I report it?
Please do. Email us the room code and the rough time. Every ruling maps to a numbered rule in our rules document — we will answer with the rule, or fix the bug.
Which languages does 29 speak?
English, Hindi, Bengali and Nepali. Card indices stay in Latin numerals in every language, because that is what the physical cards show.
