Are the games free?
Offline computer play is free and unlimited. Public and private online tables need sign-in and a Kaudi entry at Silver, Gold or Royal. The Weekly League, Challenge Rooms and tournaments have no entry fee. Optional purchases include Kaudi packs and the yearly auto-renewing Ad-free year; existing permanent Remove Ads owners keep it forever.
Can I win money?
Kaudis have no monetary value, cash-out, transfer or real-world prize. Purchased or earned Kaudis can pay an online table entry, and each result has a fixed app-funded return. The amounts and minimum balance are shown before entry; paid tables do not increase Kaudis on average.
Which games are coming next?
We are not announcing the next title yet — we name a game only when it is close enough to be real. We work from the games people actually grew up playing, so write to us and tell us which one; that genuinely affects the order.
Do you track me on this website?
No. This site has no analytics, no advertising and no cookies, which is why you were never shown a consent banner. The games are a different matter and each one says exactly what it collects.

Do I need an account?
No account is needed for the complete game against the computer. Online tables require sign-in because the entry uses your Kaudi wallet. An account also keeps your progression, inventory, friends and purchases across devices.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete profile removes the account, record, Kaudis, inventory, purchase-delivery records and friendships. You may need to sign in again to confirm. Guest computer play remains available. See houseofthecard.com/twenty-nine/delete-account/ for purchase effects and the email route.
Does it work offline?
Fully. Three computer players are always available without a connection. The online modes need one, of course.
How do I play with friends?
One of you opens a private room and shares its six-character code — or sends the join link straight from the app. The other three tap in. No access to your contacts, ever.
I paid for ad-free, then reinstalled. Where did it go?
Your app-store account retains permanent Remove Ads or a current Ad-free year. Sign in, then open Settings → Restore purchases so the app can verify it again. Manage or cancel an Ad-free year in your store subscription settings. If it doesn’t return, write to us.
The app ruled a hand wrongly. Can I report it?
Please do. Email us the room code and the rough time. Every ruling maps to a numbered rule in our rules document — we will answer with the rule, or fix the bug.
Which languages does 29 speak?
English, Hindi, Bengali and Nepali. Card indices stay in Latin numerals in every language, because that is what the physical cards show.
